STORY: The harbor town of Gloucester, Massachusetts, is home to the Rossi family. Daughter Ruby is the only one who can hear, as the other family members are deaf. She helps with her family’s fishing business and wants to pick it up fully after college. The business is struggling with dues and quotas, and many other fishers are not making it either. Things need to change, but Ruby is also young and has her own dreams.
